Tasteful luxury at Coral Gardens Resort on Grace Bay Beach at the Bight Reef snorkelling spot. 2nd floor ocean view, 1BR condo. Somewhere Cafe is at Coral Gardens and is open breakfast to dinner. Two top restaurants Indigo and Marine Room are steps away. New Hyatt Andaz next door with Windsong on the other side. Two levels with King bed large bedroom and ensuite with walk in shower upstairs. Large ocean view balcony, main floor powder room, fully equipped kitchen. Queen sofa bed in living room.

The space
We are on the second floor (no elevator) in a very private southern front corner of the Coral Gardens Resort with parking close to the entrance. The main level has a full kitchen, large living area with island for kitchen work area and dining on living room side. Sofa bed opens to Queen Size. The big balcony has great views looking out over Grace Bay. Upstairs is a private bedroom area with King Size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for a couple with one or two older children or two couples. Lots of closet space. 40 inch HD TV in living room and another one in bedroom. Excellent Wifi. We are just steps off the beach from some of the best snorkeling you will find anywhere, at the Bight Reef. The Somewhere Café onsite offers three meals a day with good food and drink and we are next door to Windsong Resort which has The Dunes Restaurant for dinner and JoJo's Café. JoJo’s is great for breakfast, lunch or drinks.
Coral Gardens is a well maintained small, low rise, friendly resort, with great helpful staff for the grounds, cleaning and the beach.
The Hyatt Andaz Resort next to us has many new facilities to offer including the Tamara Restaurant. It will be great to have their facilities available starting Spring 2026. As of February 2026 there is still some construction noise coming from the almost finished new hotel. A few steps past Andaz down the beach takes you to the exclusive West Bay Club then to Wymara Resort which features the award winning Indigo Restaurant, Blue Water Bistro and the lively Pink Bar. Just across the street a great new restaurant The Marine Room is the island's new favorite place for dinner.
We recommend renting a car or plan to take cabs to get around Provo including central Grace Bay which is outside of our immediate area. The island's main grocery store, Graceway IGA is closeby on the Leeward Highway and it is best to drive there and back. The Turtle Cove Marina with its reasonably priced restaurants Baci, Mango Reef and Shark Bite is a 5 minute drive away.

Guest access
Guests can use all of the 1024 square feet of the unit except for an owner's and housekeeper’s portion of the upstairs closet. Our guests may use resort facilities including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Rental office on premises will give you keys and help as needed. We have some snorkels and masks you can use on the reef and floats for the beach or pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing elaborate meals, enjoying them inside or on the large ocean view balcony.

Other things to note
Unit is on two levels with large bedroom and ensuite upstairs. Access is not suited for people with walking difficulty. Fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs Master Bedroom has its own separate air conditioning wall unit supplementary to main level central air. Please do not keep the air conditioning on a low temperature setting or it may freeze up and fail to work. There are enough parking spots at Coral Gardens so that each unit may park one vehicle. Parking spots are not reserved but we recommend that you park close to the entry point of the lot to be closer to our unit. Beach towels, loungers and umbrellas are available for no extra charge to our guests by the beach entrance. While we have full cooking facilities, the Somewhere Cafe on site is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and several excellent restaurants are in easy walking distance.

We are in the south end of Grace Bay Beach in the Bight area close to Beaches and Turtle Cove. Great restaurants close by include Bay Bistro, Da Conch Shack, Hemingway's, Indigo, Magnolia, Mango Reef and Somewhere Café which is right on the premises. We are close to the main Graceway IGA store. It is best to have a car to get around.
