Condo vacation rentals in The Bight Settlement

The apartment was perfect for a week stay in TCI! It was super close to the beach, main plazas, and restaurants. It was great for my family and I (myself, husband, and baby) to have our own space to move around, as sometimes the hotel rooms aren’t big enough for what you pay, which is why we rented instead. The kitchen was well-equipped as well which was great. The bathroom is slightly outdated but doesn’t affect the greatness of the apartment. The host, Mili, was very responsive and such a great help with any questions we had. I would definitely stay again!

James was an excellent host! He sent easy, clear instructions for checking in and the rules of the condo. We had a minor issue w the TV and he communicated w us until the issue was resolved. He was extremely attentive - we appreciated that so much. The condo is lovely; perfect for my husband and I. Clean and neat. James was thoughtful in having bottled water and a few other groceries already in the fridge, ready for us when we arrived! The condo is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, and the beach. The ONLY thing that would make this property 100% perfect is if it were ON the beach. Otherwise, its perfect! T&C is breathtaking… if we get back there, we would love to stay at James property again!

Jennifer's place was awesome and only a few minutes walk from Grace Bay Beach. It has everything needed for a great beach vacation -- chairs, umbrellas, coolors, bags, etc. We rented a car and parking was ample, easy, and safe on the property. Drexwell was extremely and impressively responsive, and we had no issues during our stay.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

This condo is so lovely and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Stephanie knows the area well and offered extensive recommendations/home instructions. We found her suggestion to check a suitcase to bring some food was a real money saver. Groceries are expensive in T&C, so we just bought a few fresh items at the grocery store that is walking distance from the condo. We felt very safe walking around here. A few things we especially loved: seeing the treetops from our bedroom slider, the clothesline out back, the pretty island decor, the front porch with fairy lights, and the cleanliness of the entire unit - even the small floor space between the fridge and cabinets was clean!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

Our stay at Megan’s place was phenomenal. The place is gorgeous, and so close to the beaches and shopping areas. Being super close to the pools and hot tub at the resort was also a great perk. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Everything was as described!!! I readthe reviews before going, and putting Simone's restaurant into the GPS was golden! We ate at Simone's as well, and it was delicious! The house was just as described! We walked to the beach and rode the bikes just up the street to eat. We Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean, had amazing views, and was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the beach equipment daily and it was super helpful to have available to us. We walked down to Smith's Reef for snorkeling and it took about 20 minutes to get there. I would recommend a car to fully enjoy the island, this location was central to most places within a short drive. Yonette communicated everything we needed and helped with restaurant recommendations as well. Overall the property was fairly quiet, but we did have a neighbor that was a bit noisy at times (the balconies are adjacent with just a wooden barricade for privacy). There were mosquitoes in the evening so the provided insect repellant was appreciated. Since it is a top floor unit, be prepared to carry all luggage and beach equipment up several flights of stairs (the views are worth it!)

The condo is beautiful! It’s is VERY clean and spacious, located at a very good location in grace bay and walkable to beach. I appreciate the little details in the condo for guest (items for beach, items in bathroom, etc.). Communication was superior. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

We had a fantastic time at Keno’s listing. The condo was walkable to the beach and the shops at Grace Bay. We loved all the provided amenities- especially the baby/kid items as we had our 5 month old with us. Keno and his team were responsive and helpful with the questions we had before hand and during the trip. This is a great rental for families and we can’t wait to come back!

Endlessummer's place is wonderful. We felt right at home making meals in the well stocked kitchen, sleeping restfully in the comfortable bed, and enjoyed hot showers. We fell in love with the beautiful island of Providenciales and hope to return again.

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

Air bnb was in a nice location by the marina where there are nice restaurants, and a close 5 minute walk to the beach. The best snorkeling is right off the beach on the reef. A rental car will definitely be needed if you would like to spend time in Grace bay or other beautiful beaches on the island. Taylor bay beach was our favorite with calm, crystal clear waters, and incredible sand. Overall nice spot if you don’t want to pay the $1000+/ night price tag of the other hotels in Grace bay sharing the same beach.

We stayed on the second floor and the view was wonderful! The place was extremely clean and even better than the photos show! The only thing I could slightly complain about, Is that the beds are not comfortable…..especially the twin size beds.

The apartment has perfect space, is tastefully decorated, very clean and is fully stocked with amenities. We had our morning coffee and after beach cocktails in the huge balcony with a wonderful ocean view. The location of the apartment on the island provides easy, fast access by car to all major places such as the best beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the airport. A rental car is highly recommended. John Paul will respond immediately to any of your requests. In addition to the fully equipped high-end kitchen equipment, the bedroom has a very comfortable bed, good linens and toiletries. John Paul provided extra little things that made it a lot easier for us, such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. Check-in was smooth, the elevator was wonderful to bring up the luggage to the second floor, and all the instructions were very clear. This is a wonderful unit, and we will recommend it highly to our family and friends. We will come back the first chance.

Marsha’s place was very welcoming! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer so that was a plus as well. Our flight was delayed, and Marsha was willing to let us check out a little later. This unit is near the pool and courtyard area. The bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a half bathroom on the first floor. If we ever visit Turks again, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo in a beautiful setting. Loved the pool and central location to drive to nearby public beach access points. Also enjoyed walking around the marina and appreciated all of the host’s tips. If you are headed to TCI and don’t need the pricey resort experience, this condo is an excellent choice!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was nicely equipped, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable. The host was fantastic - communication was seamless, and they provided all the necessary details and helpful information to make our stay hassle-free. I was particularly impressed by their quick response time. The location couldn't be better! It’s situated within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and the beach, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.
