PLEASE NOTE: This community is residential and has strictly enforced quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Noise outside must be kept to a conversational level at all times during quiet hours.

A gym card will be provided for guest use. There will be a $50 USD additional charge for lost or deactivated gym cards.

IMPORTANT - If you swipe in to the gym with the card, you MUST swipe out with the card as well or it will get deactivated. You cannot walk out with another group.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full home with the exception of the garage, as well as access to community pools and other amenities open to short-term guests.

Other things to note
A pack n’ play is available at an additional daily cost, should you need one during your stay. We must be notified via AirBnB messenger at least 48 hours before check-in if you’ll need a pack n’ play. Payment is due prior to check-in.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Security is VERY strict about noise violations - please ensure noise is kept to a conversational level only during quiet hours, in order to avoid fines.

Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. Guests in violation of these policies may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA.
