Minutes from Yosemite Park entrance and downtown Mariposa, this charming vintage cottage is encompassed among 7 acres of enchanting Cabernet grapevines with breathtaking views. Secluded in the beautiful foothills of Yosemite, you'll find a peaceful stay with easy access to Highway 140 into the park. Along with the property's charm and prime location, we provide personalized hospitality. Expect attentive support, clear communication and a warm welcome that makes your stay effortless.

The space
Our quaint cottage is perfect for small groups or guests with children.

First bedroom has one queen size bed.

Second bedroom has one queen size bed.
There is an additional small room with one twin size bed.

Washer and dryer are located in the storage room off the deck to the left of the front door.

5 guests can comfortably share beds, and a crib is offered for an infant/toddler as the 6th guest.

We do not permit guests to sleep on the couch.

* We also have another 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house on the property for larger groups. Ask us about renting both houses on the property if you need more space!

Entire cottage is rented.

Note- there are two other homes on the property, one is a large Airbnb and the other is the caretakers house.

Other things to note
We are approximately one hour to Yosemite Valley and 30 minutes to the Arch Rock entrance along the scenic all weather highway 140.

Historic Downtown Mariposa is a 5 minute drive with access to local restaurants and boutique shops.

Our property is located in a beautiful rural setting near Yosemite, where deer, birds, and the occasional wild animal may be seen. Encounters are rare, but guests should be aware of their surroundings and follow normal outdoor caution. This is a natural part of staying in the Sierra foothills, and most guests love the experience.
