Best location in Buzios! Enjoy tranquil sunset views every night from your own patio yet just steps away to stroll along the beautiful Orla Bardot oceanfront boardwalk with a great selection of wonderful restaurants and live music entertainment. Easy secure parking for 2 vehicles included but you won't need your car because this place is a walkers paradise. Just a short 7-10 minute walk to the heart of bustling downtown Buzios or Praia dos Ossos beach. Three full suites with private bathrooms.

The space
We are long time Airbnb users, staying at many other properties around the world over the past 8 years. We recently acquired a beautiful unit a few doors away from our home in Brazil and we are now becoming an Airbnb host for the first time. We hope to use our first hand Airbnb experiences to create a special stay for our own guests.

We love this small intimate rustic style 11 unit condominium complex where we have been an owner for three years. The location is perfect. We are at the end of a dead end street that only has local traffic for the nearby boutique hotels and charming posadas and is totally safe for walking day and night.

The beautifully maintained grounds and pool area make for a wonderful escape from when the beaches or downtown are too hectic or crowded.

Our unit has a full kitchen and dining table available but many guests prefer to enjoy the great variety of the 120+ restaurants all within an easy 20 minute walking distance.

Of special note is that our next door neighbors are three of the most exclusive and upscale hotels in Buzios that have amazing restaurants with stunning sunset views that are open to the public and serve some delicious creative cocktails.

We will coordinate with you to receive the unit door key upon arrival along with the front gate code to enter.

You can park in any of the parking spaces after the front gate on the right except for the top one that is labeled for unit A-5. You can also park directly in front of our A-4 where you see the sign post.

Other things to note
Amazingly fast, reliable and redundant Internet WiFi throughout the entire house. Perfect for digital nomads or business users that need enterprise class Internet service when traveling. Video conferencing is never an issue and stream all the content you want. We have two different fiber Internet providers along with Starlink satellite service to ensure our Internet service never goes down! If needed, we have a low latency no packet loss VPN WiFi to Florida that you can connect to that gives you an American IP address to overcome foreign restrictions from Brazil, such as blocked banking or Netflix.

Most of the time our complex is very quiet and tranquil even when nearby Buzios downtown is jam packed with people but please be aware that there are two nearby oceanfront clubs, Movida Bar and Privilège Búzios, that on some nights will play very load music until late into the morning. We provide ear plugs for our guests but please consider this if you are noise sensitive. They usually don't start playing until after 22:00H.

Neighborhood highlights

We are in a very quiet and safe area of Buzios located in easy walking distance to the waterfront walking boardwalk and downtown.

We are at the end of a charming cobblestone street that only has traffic for the luxury hotels and posadas nearby.

Three of the most exclusive hotels in Buzios, Abracadabra Boutique Hotel, Vila d'este Búzios Hotel and Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa are located right next door to our condominium in easy walking distance. They each have wonderful restaurants to enjoy or you can just experience creative cocktails with the unforgettable sunset views. They are open to the public for lunch and dinner.
