The entire 800 SQ FT 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo Unit. 3-4 guests can stay comfortably.

These areas are for sitting and sleeping, activities that result in damage to these areas will be the financial responsibility of the guest via AirBNB's review process.
Other things to note
Guests who do best here are comfortable moving independently—self check-in is standard, including late arrivals. This space leans more creative and lived-in than polished or luxury-focused.
The building itself is not a high-rise or upscale complex, so expectations should reflect that.
Being in the South and part of a shared environment, the occasional insect may show up despite regular upkeep.
Works well for short stays, work assignments, and guests who need a flexible place to land, with discounts available for longer bookings.

Please note: Airbnb is updating how service fees are shown to guests. Instead of Airbnb adding a separate guest service fee at checkout, Airbnb now includes its platform service fee within the displayed booking price and deducts that fee from the host payout.
This means the nightly rate or total may appear higher than before, but the host does not receive the full displayed amount. Airbnb deducts its service fee before payout, and any applicable taxes or platform-calculated charges may still appear in the final checkout breakdown.
We keep our pricing as clear and fair as possible so guests understand what they are paying for before booking.

All 30-day or longer stays get additional discounts and require a digitally signed License to Occupy Agreement.
The agreement will be emailed after a reservation request is submitted and must be signed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to complete this step will result in cancellation.
Booking rates, deposits, refunds, and damage recovery are governed by Airbnb’s payment and resolution tools.
NRG Stadium is less than 1 mile from the condo (0.90 miles). Most guests have been able to get to NRG within 10 minutes walking. Rideshare will get you there in less than 1 minute (depending on traffic). And often times for bigger events Rickshaw transit is available. Choose whichever works best for you.
Texas Medical Center is a less than 10 minute drive. Accessible also via bus (bus stop located behind the condo community).
Hobby Airport is 12 Miles Away
IAH Airport is 24 Miles Away
If you are taking public transportation to the unit from the Airport then note that the bus stop is behind the condo community so it is very close by.

This condo community and surrounding areas are under construction. So be mindful that we are not responsible for the external aesthetics or if the city makes utility changes based on their construction activities. We will keep you updated as soon as we are aware as the city doesn't make announcements they just do what they need to to ensure their tasks are completed.
We aren't responsible for spaces outside of the unit. Google the area in advance if you have any construction or community-based concerns.
Our focus is the Space City HTX MJM unit you will be staying in and making sure it is an enjoyable stay.
Also note that for larger events many people are coming from all over the U.S. and out of the country so always be aware of your surroundings and remove items from your vehicle.
