This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Spacious, family-friendly, and accessible. Our place is perfect for those who'd like to experience Baguio living - from walking to the market, buying fresh produce, and cooking your own meals; to joining exercise classes at Burnham Park, walking along Session Road, exploring tourist destinations, and shopping at the Night Market.

Maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests.
Strictly NO SMOKING in the unit. Violators will be fined.

The space
With 74 sq. m. of space, your family and friends will have ample space to rest and spend time together.

Please note:
*The unit is located on the 2nd level of the building, and there are no elevators.
*Since the unit is facing the main road, some noise from the road will be heard.
* There is no generator in the building, so when there is a brownout, there will be no electricity in the unit.
*For those who will arrive with more guests than indicated in the booking, we will charge the same additional fee / pax / day. The maximum capacity of the unit is STRICTLY 8pax as per condominium policy.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, its own toilet and bath (with heater), and plenty of closet space. It has a sliding door that opens to the balcony.

The second bedroom has a small bed (30" x 70") and a cabinet. It has a window and a door that opens to the living/ dining area.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed (30" x 75") and its own toilet and bath (with heater). It has open shelves on top. It is accessed through the kitchen.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a gas cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and electric kettle. Knives, chopping board, pans, plates, cups, glasses, utensils are available for use.

LIVING / DINING AREA

The living / dining area has a dining table that could seat 6 people, a 32" TV with Netflix, and Wi-fi. It has a sliding door that opens to the balcony.

Neighborhood highlights

It would take you only 5 to 10 minutes of walking to ride a boat at Burnham Lake; join aerobics, Tai Chi, and other exercise classes (in the morning); jog or ride a bike at Burnham Park; or play tennis at the Baguio Tennis Club. Going to the Night Market (along Harrison Road) takes roughly the same time.

The condominium is right beside a restaurant, La Parilla. Many other restaurants and fastfood chains are within walking distance from the condominium (make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes).
