Perfect for couples traveling together, girls trips, smaller families, families with older kids [who want their own space], families traveling with in-laws or parents, or any work trips where you’d like a separate office space so it can feel like you’re “going to work”--even if work is a few steps away.
There is a fab indoor/outdoor vibe on our property with a number of great spots to hang inside and out [including an outdoor dining area]. Mature trees and a fence around the entire perimeter of the property make you feel like you’re in your own little oasis [you can’t even see the street from the front door of the house, so we love to keep it open anytime we’re home.
This is the perfect spot for a group of friends traveling together, work colleagues attending a conference, small families, or anyone who wants a cool place to call home in northeast Los Angeles.

+ The bungalow is accessed via keyless entry, so you never need to worry about losing your keys.
Other things to note
+ There are quite a few supermarkets within a 3 mile radius of your mini-compound including Sprouts, Whole Foods 365, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Ralphs + Vons
+There is a city Target [the smaller one] within a 2 minute drive of our house and a larger full-size Target about 8 minutes away.
+ There is a Rite Aid and a CVS within 2 blocks of our home, just in case you forgot anything.
+ Parking is super duper easy in our neighborhood. There are no restrictions on days of the week or times of day to park, and no permits are required.
**NOTE: There are security cameras located all around the EXTERIOR of our property.
**NOTE: This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and we expect all of our guests to respect that. No parties, late night gatherings or filming is allowed.
