Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our modern Bungalō is located in the quaint town of La Ribera, just one hour from San Jose Del Cabo airport. It features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. We have a full kitchen and TV's in every room. It's about a 2 min drive to the beach or 15min walk.

There’s a pool/hot tub and a fire pit for the complex. The area of east cape Baja is known for crystal blue waters and Cabo Pulmo National Park is just 30 min by car.

The space
Each bedroom has a king sized bed . Both bedrooms and the living room have a pool view and ocean view. Please note that while we are ocean view from every room and sweeping ocean and Mountain View’s from our rooftop, we are about a 10-15min walk to the beach.
*Please note that while the town La Ribera is incredibly beautiful and our condo is new and modern there are occasional brief power outages. These usually last only a few seconds to a few minutes, however, if you travel with medical equipment this could be an issue.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire condo, pool/spa , fire pit and our rooftop. The pool, hot tub and firepit are shared access.

Other things to note
*** While our condo is brand new, we are in a rugged area of east cape. Power goes on and off often. On very rare occasions the city will have gaps in water service. We have back up tanks that are generally sufficient, but guests should take note.

Neighborhood highlights

La Ribera is a very small town. Besides the main road all the side roads are still dirt. Small town vibes, friendly people, beach town. Our condo is walking distance to a popular local restaurant. You are about a 10 min drive to four seasons where you can enjoy a fancy evening out. Our beautiful condo has ocean views from every room and a rooftop. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach or 10-15min walk.
