👥 Additional Guests & Visitors
Extra guest fee:
* ₱200/person/night (Monday–Thursday)
* ₱250/person/night (Friday–Sunday)
Please notify us ahead of time so we can prepare extra bedding, pillows, towels, and blankets.
Visitor Policy
* Anyone who enters the unit will be considered an additional guest, regardless of how long they stay.
* Kindly inform us in advance if you are expecting visitors.
* Unregistered guests will be charged:
* ₱500/person (overnight stay)
* ₱250/person (day visit)
A CCTV camera is installed outside the unit entrance for guest arrival and departure monitoring only.

✅ No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
✅ Pets are welcome! Please:
* Use pet diapers at all times.
* Supervise your pets.
* Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.
✅ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM onwards
✅ Turn off lights, appliances, air conditioner, and faucets when leaving the unit.
✅ Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors (tuyo, daing, buro, etc.).
✅ Keep the unit clean and avoid stains on linens, towels, sofa, carpets, and walls.
✅ Wash all dishes and cooking utensils before checkout (CLAYGO).
✅ Dispose of your trash in the designated garbage area before checkout.
Guests will be charged for any lost, damaged, or missing items.

💳 Security Deposit & Charges
* Security Deposit: ₱1,000
* Refundable upon checkout after inspection.
Additional Charges:
* Linen/Towel/Sofa/Carpet stains: ₱400
* Smoking odor inside the unit: ₱300
* Lost key/access card: ₱2,000
If damages exceed the security deposit, the remaining balance will be charged accordingly.
