Welcome to our beautiful detached cottage, set on the edge of the charming village of Bonsall in rural Derbyshire. Nestled on Brumlea Farm, this former working farm is now a peaceful haven, surrounded by rolling fields and breathtaking countryside views in every direction. Although you may occasionally see a tractor passing.

One of the double beds can be split into twin beds upon request—please mention your preference when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
🌳 The Outdoor Space 🌳
Step outside and take in the stunning Peak District scenery from the beautiful patio area, complete with a glass balustrade for uninterrupted views. The cottage is situated at the end of a quiet lane with no passing traffic, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.
To the left of the house, you’ll find a large hot tub under a covered pergola, comfortably seating four guests. Just behind, there’s a grassed garden area, perfect for soaking up the countryside air.
🛏 Everything You Need for a Relaxing Stay 🛏
All bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels are provided for each guest.
📍 located on a working farm so may be tractors in the fields sometimes, pets are not permitted due to livestock and children must be supervised at all time - no gates to the main road.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, private parking spots for two cars, the hot tub area and grassed area behind this. There is a path into the field behind the house for the Limestone Way walk. You access this by walking to the end of the road, turning right and you can follow the lane into the field.
There is a locked cupboard at the top of the stairs housing the boiler, guests do not have access to this.
Other things to note
No pets allowed at the property.
Children can stay but must be supervised at all times, there can be machinery in the field next door and there is no gates before the main road.
We do not provide a cot or high chair.
Owners live next door and they do have friendly dogs.

CCTV covering the owners house/side of the driveway but doesn't cover the holiday cottage.
The cottage is located on a farm, there may sometimes (Rarely) be tractors in the fields behind.
