Entire 3 bedroom manufactured house.
It is located on a 340 acre ranch. With your own fishing poles, fish in our private pond or bring a boat and fish in the Umpqua River.
Only about an hour from mountain skiing or ocean beaches. Nestled at the base of the coastal mountains
Property has many ponds that are landscaped with hundreds of ornamental trees. There is a pavillion with a gas fire pit and pellet grill.

The space
340 acre Ranch, with a mile of river front, multiple ponds and arboretum park area. Raising Angus cattle. Reforestation nursery in operation also on part of the property.

Guest access
The house, front yard, Pavillion area and ponds and park are all open for your enjoyment.

Fishing is allowed in the big pond with artificial lures and catch and release only. There are lots of large mouth bass, bluegill and crappy.
We recently added a couple of bicycles for your enjoyment.

Boat Ramp is pay to use and has its own rules and pay box(Bend of the River Boat Ramp on FB or see the Pay Box)

You can go down to the river to swim off the boat ramp. No other areas at the river are accessible.

Other things to note
Approximately 200 acres of our lower fields are leased to our neighbors. they are a Reforestation Nursery. They are a busy company. Access to those fields is not allowed without special approval. Tours of their facilities can be pre-arranged.
Their fields are all fenced. There are roads around their work areas and straight access to the river and boat ramp.

We raise Angus cows. Please leave all gates how you find them.

Neighborhood highlights

The Elkton area is home to ECEC(community center and library) , a pioneer fort and many vineyards and wineries with wine tasting.
Coast and Mountain access is only about an hour away.

Note....Elkton has a new market....The Lodge Market. Elkton's former Lodge Hall has been remodeled and turned into a Market. It has a pretty good selection of food and supplies. It also has take and bake pizza and limited hot food menu. It also has a seating/eating area in the back.

Hi I'm Lisa. I was born and ran wild here on the Ranch by my Mom and Grandparents. Then my husband and I raised our two kids here. At the same time ran our landscape nursery for 20years with several of my family. Now I work for the family keeping this place looking beautiful! Hoping that someday someone in the family will want to come do all the work for me!
