Welcome to Brownie Bear. A high-quality family friendly log style cabin built in 2021. Located in desirable Big Bear Lake within walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort and within close proximity to the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Village. This cozy 4 bed/3 bath has central heating and AC, EV Charger, hot tub, corn hole, pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, Roku TV in each room and a playground set for the little ones. Perfect for groups up to 11. Bring the entire family!

City of Big Bear Lake Rules & Ordinances:

-Must be at least 25 to book, the person making the reservation must present their ID at check in.
-The City of Big Bear Lake requires face to face check-in and for guests to sign the "Good Neighbor Policy".
-Must not exceed 11 people max at any time during your stay and max of 4 cars.
-No smoking or vaping inside the property.
-No amplified music 24/7, amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line at any time.
-Head inside at 10pm, noisy outdoor use and use of spas are prohibited from 10pm - 7am.

These are city laws, if any the following rules are broken, guests are subject to a minimum citation of $500, and possible eviction, without exception
