Guest access
**Please do not go to the boulder, which is on our neighbor’s property.**

Other things to note
THE BOULDER
Please do not go to the boulder; it is not on our property.

CHILDPROOFING
We love hosting families! Just be aware that the home is not childproofed. For example, we do not have plug covers or stair barriers, and the furniture, appliances, and living room TV are not anchored to the walls, presenting a possible tip danger.

AIR CONDITIONING
We have one large 33,000 BTU mini split system in the main area. This makes most of the house comfortable, but it is not the central air you might be used to.

To fully maximize the mini-split:

* Close the blinds during the day;
* Turn on the living room ceiling fan in reverse;
* Keep bedroom doors open when possible;
* Open bedroom windows at night;
* Use the oscillating fans in each bedroom; and
* Use the box fans to pull cool air upstairs.

SERVICE ANIMALS
We welcome and deeply value the role of ADA service animals. We do not allow Emotional Support Animals or other pets. We are committed to reporting suspected ADA service animal fraud, to help maintain the integrity of that law for the people who rely on its service animal provisions.

As a reminder, under Airbnb rules and the ADA, any service animal:
1. May not be left alone in the house;
2. Must be under control of its handler at all times; and
3. Must be housebroken.

(Notice required by Montana Law: Under MCA 49-4-221(3)(b), please be advised that Broken Rock at Yellowstone does not allow animals other than ADA service animals, and we reserve the right to file complaints alleging the misrepresentation of service animals under Montana and federal law.)

My husband and I own and operate our home through Broken Rock at Yellowstone, LLC.

Emigrant, Montana, United States

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the unique South Glastonbury neighborhood. The neighborhood includes homes on large lots from two to 20+ acres in size, providing plenty of privacy for our guests. Our neighborhood roads are gravel, and can sometimes be bumpy. Please drive slowly and wave to our neighbors, who are the best.

South Glastonbury is roughly seven miles south of the small town of Emigrant. Emigrant features the amazingly well-stocked Emigrant General Store, a Sinclair gas station, the revered and storied Old Saloon, the Wildflour Bakery, Follow Yer Nose BBQ, and the Emigrant Outpost. Emigrant also has a post office, a church, and a bank with an ATM.
