Welcome to our comfortable room, ideal for three or four people. We offer a king-size bed, a single bed, and a sofa where an additional person can sleep. The room has air-conditioning, TV and a private bathroom. Although we do not have hot water, the proximity to the beach makes up for it, allowing you to enjoy the sea in minutes. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, this room offers the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay

Our property is a cozy house with 11 rooms, located just steps from Zicatela Beach. The hallway near all the rooms makes access easy. Please note that there may be some noise due to the location, but we seek to offer a comfortable environment for you to enjoy your stay.

We live here and are available if you need anything, always respecting your space and privacy, as long as there is no noise that may disturb other guests. We want everyone to have a pleasant stay and enjoy the place.

We have Starlink for a fast and stable internet connection, although, because Puerto Escondido is a growing city, power or network outages may occur.

Our location is ideal, close to restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as Punta Zicatela. If you want to explore the area, we also offer scooter and ATV rentals.
