Wake up to stunning ocean sunrises from your private balcony and enjoy bay sunsets just outside your front door. This oceanside condo in midtown Ocean City, MD is steps from the beach!! Beachside with no street to cross. Park your car for free in our covered lot. Enjoy a walkable location near top restaurants, bars, nightlife, and attractions like Seacrets, Fager’s Island, Macky’s, breakfast at barn 34 and mini golf. Ideal for a convenient Ocean City beach vacation.
The space
When entering you'll be greeted with tons of natural light that fills the space beautifully. Right outside is your very large private deck with table and chairs perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is also a front balcony that overlooks the bay! When the sun starts to set the whole place transforms to a gorgeous glow of pink, orange and purple. This condo has been nicknamed "The Sunset House" by so many!!! Open the front door for an amazing sunset view over the bay! You can also watch many of the Ocean City parades from the front balcony!

There is one bedroom with one queen size bed. The couch can also comfortably accommodate one person. The bedroom has two large closets for clothing and luggage. The TV stand in the living room also doubles as extra storage for clothing, beach towels etc.
The living room and bedroom both have smart TV's with netflix, HULU and Prime. Wifi is strong for streaming and getting work done.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.
The bathroom has a shower and a tub. It also has a vanity with storage underneath. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. Towels and sheets are provided!
On the ground floor of the condo you'll find an outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet or beach toys.
We are located on the third floor, with lots of steps!! The views at the top are totally worth it!

Check in is 3:00pm on day of your arrival.
