RARE FIRST FLOOR BEACH BLOCK IN POPULAR COMPLEX with Pool!! Fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit just steps to the beach and pool!! New kitchen appliances and spacious dining area! Private porch off of the living room to enjoy the sun! Condo grounds are impeccably maintained with a swimming pool and outdoor showers. Same block as from tennis/pickleball courts, miniature golf, skateboard park and more!! Just a short ride to Atlantic City. Stay at this unique and family-friendly place!

Other things to note
-Please bring your own bed sheets and towels. Remove when departing. ***The mattress in bedroom 1 is a double bed with a thicker mattress so queen sheets will fit best!***

-Bring any beach chairs and toys. A beach wagon may be available on request.

-Beach and pool badges are included.

-No bikes of any kind are allowed under the parking area

-Quiet Hours per the Condo By-laws are 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

-Per the condo by-laws, towels and clothing are not to be hung over balconies.

If bringing a pet, please bring a sheet or covering for furniture. All pets must be crated when tenants are not physically in the condo.
