* Modern Enhancements & Brand New Finishes *
One of our guests recently asked about the age of the home, and we are excited to share that the property was officially turned over in November 2025. Since then, we have significantly enhanced the original bare unit to create a more modern and functional space, including a kitchen extension and paving of both the courtyard and frontyard. We welcomed our very first guests in April 2026, so essentially everything in the house is brand new. From the modern furniture to the latest kitchen gadgets, every detail was carefully chosen with guest comfort in mind to provide a fresh, stylish, and high-quality experience.
* Bed Arrangements *
Please note that we can host a maximum of nine guests, though some individuals might need to use the sofa bed provided in the living room.
The available sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- A queen-sized bed in the master bedroom.
- A queen-sized bed in the second bedroom.
- Three single beds in the third bedroom.
- A sofa bed in the living room, suitable for two adults.
* Important note *
As the subdivision is newly developed, there may be ongoing construction nearby during the day:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: No construction
Despite this, the home remains a comfortable, quiet, and relaxing space, especially in the evenings.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.
Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM. Visitors staying beyond this time will incur a ₱500 per person fee.
For security and compliance purposes, exterior cameras are installed outside the house to monitor entry activity.

* Interaction with Guests *
Our property manager is available to assist you during your stay. However, please note that they live approximately 30 minutes away, so kindly allow at least 1 hour response time from the moment you contact them. Please let us know by messaging us on the Airbnb app.
They can also be available at the time of check-in at no extra charge, provided they are informed in advance of your expected arrival time.
Please note that a ₱750 call-out fee may apply for assistance outside of check-in, as they travel via public transportation.
