Welcome to our Brevard Base Camp, where adventure awaits! Our newly renovated 1,500 square foot BASEMENT APARTMENT, with 8 foot high ceilings is waiting for you!
Cyclists use our bike stand, tools, air compressor, wash area and garage to store your bikes.
We provide light breakfast options, snacks and a beverage center stocked with local beers and sodas. On cool nights enjoy our huge outdoor fire pit area.

The space
Our house sits on a corner lot. We live on the top floor (so you may hear footsteps, but we try to be very quiet). Please consider this before booking.
You will have a private entrance through the keyless garage doors. You may park in the single car garage or use it as storage for any of your gear-kayaks, bikes, crash pads etc. Garage has a bike stand, tools, air compressor and wash area.
We are in walking distance to Brevard College’s 18 hole disc golf course.
Inside- a full size arcade games with 12 retro games-Pac-Man, Mrs. Pac-Man, Dig Dug and more!!!!
An extra mini fridge/freezer is in the garage for your use.
Once entering there is a large mud room, and laundry room. The bathroom is through the laundry room. All linens and toiletries are provided. Feel free to use both washer and dryer if you would like.
There is a large great room with a dining table and convertible sofa. There is a 50 inch smart tv with Apple TV and WiFi. There are also games for kids and adults. Both bedrooms have queen beds.
There is also a dry bar with a stocked beverage center, a stocked snack cooler, toaster oven, microwave, and a Keurig. Oatmeal, cereals, milk and alternative milks are provided for a quick breakfast. Plates, cups and utensils are also provided. Note****this is not a FULL kitchen-See photos.****
There is an outdoor fire pit, a hammock and seating for your use.

Other things to note
Brevard has a quaint downtown area with lots of local gems. Some good local restaurants are Wild Morel, The Bohemian, Square Root and Smoky Sunrise. Cup and Saucer is a wonderful cafe, and Blue Ridge Bakery is amazing. A fantastic local bar with live music and food is 185 King. Oskar Blues is our absolute go to brewery that is great for families. Bold Rock Cidery, Burning Blush and Mills River Brewing all serve food and are all worth the 15-20 minute drive.
