We had a wonderful time at Preston's home; it truly felt like a cozy retreat. The Christmas decorations were delightful, and he added a lovely touch with all the treats he provided for us. Preston was incredibly attentive, quickly coming to our aid when we needed help with the heater. During our stay, we took a stroll and met some lovely neighbors who were friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I wholeheartedly recommend his place to anyone looking for a serene getaway. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a family reunion with our twin 6yo daughters. It was cozy so I would say that more than two adults would find it difficult to share the space unless you only needed a space to sleep. The place was clean, had a lovely porch to enjoy the lake views, and was very comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Prime’s property! Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for a wedding we attended in Cashiers. It was quiet, private, and we had a great view of the mountains. Chris was very hospitable and communication was a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing time at loriel and Adam’s place. While the weather was windy/cold and we lost power for a few hours due to weather, the views were breathtaking. The house was only steps from a beautiful walking trail around the lake, and only minutes from shopping/restaurants in Waynesville. Even under these circumstances, loriel and Adam were very communicative. Highly recommend this place!
