The space
This historic home is conveniently located in the Capital Hill Neighborhood just north of downtown just off the I-15 freeway. Perfect for every type of guest including families, tourists, skiers/snowboarders, hikers, bikers, healthcare patients & professionals, and guests working remotely or looking to enjoy longer stays!
The 600 North exit/entrance to the I-15 freeway is right around the corner which can get you to the airport in 5 minutes or six of Utah’s famous Ski Resorts in about 30 minutes!

• 3 bedrooms with comfy king sized beds
• Primary suite has a loft with a ladder to access additional space
• Large bathroom with dual sinks
• Desks in each room and furnished nooks kids love
• 2 Smart TV's and Incredibly fast Fiber WiFi
• New HVAC with Nest thermostat
• Complementary coffee & tea bar
• Fresh linens with extra pillows & blankets

KITCHEN:
• Updated kitchen with gas range/oven, butcher block counters, and everything you need to cook a meal including cookware, microwave, blender, crockpot, and complementary spices

LIVING ROOM:
• Large living room with 65" Smart TV, plenty of seating to watch movies or the big game

• The other two bedrooms have king sized beds and desks perfect for working/studying/coloring
• Unique Sleeping Areas: loft, sleeper sofa, futon, & hidden nooks kids love! Pillow forts encouraged!
BATHROOM:
• One large bathroom with dual sinks and full sized tub/shower
• Plenty of towels & complementary toiletries, hair dryer, and iron with board
EXTERIOR:
• Covered patio area in backyard with outdoor seating, Traeger Grill Loco Flattop Gridle available for use upon request!
• Free street parking in front of the house for 2 vehicles (first come first serve)
• Dog Friendly fenced in back yard! One kennel included. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog so we can send additional info.
LOCAL AMENITIES (walking distance):
• Hike to nearby Capital Hill, Memory Grove Park, Granduer Peak, and City Creek Canyon
• Delta Center: Jazz, Utah Hockey Club, Concerts, etc
• Salt Palace Convention Center
• Grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, beer gardens, and bars
• Gateway Mall with tons of great food options
• City Creek Outdoor Mall
• TRAX light rail stop and Frontrunner train

Simple self check in with a digital key pad, entry codes will be sent the afternoon of check in. Please have the app downloaded to receive check in instructions. Free street parking for up to 2 cars in front of the house.

Responsible adults welcome to book! This private unit is the upper half of a large duplex with no shared spaces inside. Free street parking only. Guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs to enter.
