Our studio in The Village at Breckenridge truly meets the mountain. Positioned as a favorite ski-in/ski-out access point at Peak 9, with on-site everything-you-could-need, sleeps 4, ideal for couples or families, including ski school, equipment rental, restaurants/bars, heated pool, hot tubs, saunas, and gym. Or to explore historic Main St, literally just walk across the street, to find more boutiques and award-winning foodie spots.
The space
Our privately owned Alpine Liftside Condo in the complex subdivision of Peak 9 Inn is Unit Number 4210. Built in 1984, renovated in 2010, then fully remodeled and furnished in 2018. It includes 404 square feet of living space. Wood flooring for common area and kitchen. Tile flooring for bathroom area. Access to entire studio. Heated underground parking garage available for cars, upon request and if available prior to booking.

Other things to note
***PARKING FEES***
To provide the lowest cost possible for guests NOT required to park a vehicle, parking fees are NOT included in the nightly rate. The building's on-site garage does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate all room units, so if you DO require a parking space at the on-site, underground, temperature-controlled garage with security, we will need to reserve a spot for you on the building’s website, upon availability. Please let us know if you’ll need a first-come-first-serve parking spot reserved, and we’ll adjust accordingly, if available, at $55 per day/night use.
***NO EXTENDED CHECK-IN / OUT TIMES***
We attempt to be as accommodating as can be, but our apologies, with our private housekeeper’s time constraints amongst her multiple units, including ours, but with us only having one room to reserve/use, it is just impossible, we currently can not allow earlier than 3 pm check-in time, nor later than 10 am check-out times, for the room keys and also for the parking garage pass. Also, luggage can not be left unattended in the room outside these times, nor left at the lobby's front desk, due to liability responsibility of your possessions. Again, we are very sorry we can not be more flexible on these issues, it is just impossible with variables out of our control. If your travel transportation interrupts these times, you are always allowed to stick around in the building's lobby area, which has a fireplace and is equipped with a snack shop. Otherwise, we recommend carrying bags nearby either 100 feet outside to the next building over inside "Cabin Juice - Elevated Eatery & Bar," open 7 am - 9 pm daily, or walking to the next building over (0.1 miles away or a 3 min walk) to "BoLD - Restaurant and Bar" open daily from 7:30 am - 9 pm (times posted as of 2022).
***NOTICE FROM OUR BUILDING 2025 APR – NOV***
Window & Façade Renovation. The entire building will be under phases of construction for the replacement of condo unit windows and added air condition vent installation, as well as the replacement of the building’s roofing and siding. Expect tradesman, scaffolding, and crane onsite for the duration, with noisy, dusty, and odorous conditions. During this time of construction disturbance, we have significantly lowered our normal pricing, hopefully to help accommodate. Our deepest apologies for any inconvenience.

Monday, May 5th – Friday, June 20th 2025: Public Garage EXIT Lane CLOSED. Scaffolding will be blocking the exit for the first phase. Traffic will be rerouted
Monday, May 26th – Friday, May 30th: Peak 9 Inn Sky light Replaced. Location: Atrium Lobby (conference center)
Friday, August 8th – Friday, September 5th: Peak 9 Inn Sky light Replaced. Location: Forest Room (conference center room)
Monday, August 04th through Tuesday, October 28th Unit occupancy is not allowed during the Window Replacement Phase.
Monday, October 27th – Friday, October 31st: Health Club CLOSED for Crane Removal
