Get away from it all when you stay under the stars on 28 ac. And during the day, take a day trip to Enchanted Rock 20 miles away, spend another day on a winery tour in the historic Fredericksburg 38 miles away. Or hang out on the River in Llano on a paddleboard and grab a drink at Joe's Bar. You can even go real small Texas town fun and visit Castell's General Store. (Church every other Sunday) And after a full day, return to the Ranch for a night under the stars around campfire with s'mores!

The space
Access to the full RV trailer with a bathroom, dinette and kitchen area. We have a porta-john for human excretions - (poop). The bathroom on the RV has limited usage. RV toilet paper will be provided. Noting else goes into the RV toilet.

Guest access
Access to the entire 28 acres. You will be advised if there are campers on property. But we encourage you to walk the property and enjoy the sunset from the hilltop location. We recommend you build a fire and sit out by the campfire under the stars.

Other things to note
This is a 28 - private ranch. We have limited camping sites on property as well. The campsites and RV sites are mostly secluded, tree lined locations for privacy. It is a Ranch RV - so if you are expecting modern, white/black decor and dust free - then a ranch is not for you. Our RV is kept neat and clean. It is a place to enjoy the outdoors and get away from it all.

We have 4 Longhorn Steers. They are full time property residents. They are friendly, curious and skittish. They will come visit and hope to be fed. Please do not feed them unless you request a bag of food - we provide for an additional fee of $15.
