Enjoy our beautiful Irish barn conversion dating back 200 years.

Converted in 2023, this Irish traditional barn is just 10 miles from Belfast & 2 miles from the market town of Comber.

This hidden gem is a tardis at nearly 1000sq ft, tucked up a country lane surrounded by fields.

Featured on BBC Escape to the Country as a fantastic holiday let near Belfast.

Spend summers in the patio watching the sunsets and winters with the roaring stove, watching the wildlife and stars.

The space
Our cozy, warm cottage has underfloor heating, a large kitchen, dining, living room with a wood-burning stove with large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of cooking utensils.

We’ve a smart TV and high-speed WiFi, and lots of books and games.

There is a main bedroom with a king bed and a second twin bedroom with two singles.

We have a good-sized enclosed garden and a patio. In the summer, the patio gets the sun from the afternoon through to sunset, so you can also watch from the living room.

It’s so cosy and warm due to the underfloor heating.

We get lots of great feedback on our mattresses - our guests get a great night's sleep.

Note: there are two steps into the main bedroom.

Our garden is enclosed and we're dog-friendly.

This property sits within a private lane and guests have access to the entire cottage. There is private, secure and safe parking.

We're also close by in the farmhouse and can help with local recommendations.
A car is recommended.

There are lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and coffee shops close by including award winning Fine Dining. There many beautiful walks and cycle routes and you can safely cycle into Belfast along the Comber Greenway, a traffic free route for most of the journey.

We're just a few miles from Strangford Lough, 10 miles from Belfast SSE Arena and the City Centre.
