★ YARD & FENCING ★
- The Yard: A manicured lawn surrounds the house and fire pit area. Beyond that, the property opens into a 5-acre grass pasture (mowed twice yearly for hay) — not manicured, but great for open-space views and wildlife watching.
- Dogs: Please supervise pets outdoors. There is a barbed wire fence along the neighboring property line where cattle graze — dogs should not be able to pass under or through it. Guests are responsible for keeping pets from crossing onto neighboring land.

★ GARAGE ACCESS ★
- Laundry Access: The washer and dryer are located in the attached garage, accessible through an interior door off the kitchen.
- Please note the garage also contains host storage — we kindly ask guests not to go through personal belongings.
- Garage parking is reserved for the host; please do not park vehicles inside without prior permission. Driveway parking is available for guest vehicles (including RVs, with approval).
