New management - an even more beautiful experience!
After 15 months we decided to take over managing our vacation home. Our family proudly renovated and decorated ‘Bout Time Vacation, and it is our dream of a perfect vacation and relaxation retreat! We visit our home every month and we continuously improve the property.
Our goal was to make it smooth for our guests! Bring your groceries and enjoy quality time in a magical place. Only listed guests are allowed on the premises.
The space
Our space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and toaster.
A large variety of cooking pans, Instapot and slow cooker will allow any chef to cook anything from a gourmet meal to a simple one. In the summertime our Margaritaville machine is ready to keep you cold and refreshed with frozen drinks.
The coffee bar is stocked with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Extra Keurig pods, white, brown sugar and cream are available to our guests in case you forgot yours.
The dining room can accommodate 8 guests.
There is plenty of space in our open living room. We constantly update our furniture if we notice any kind of signs of wear and tear. Smart TVs are available in our Master Suite and living room. A cozy fireplace can be set up for atmosphere only or to add heat as well.
An office desk is located in our living room with an extra monitor in case you need to jump on a conference call or get some work done remotely.
The Master suite has a King sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A Smart TV is available for your favorite movie nights.
The Master Bathroom has tons of storage, comes with a full tub and shower, stocked with fresh towels, wash cloths, hand soap, toilet paper and hairdryer.
The second downstairs bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a cozy seating area which is a perfect reading nook.
Our second bathroom on the main floor is off of the laundry room, where the washer and dryer is stocked with cleaning supplies. Beach towels are available for your convenience. The bathroom comes with a full sized tub and shower, toilet paper, hand soap, washcloths, fresh towels and hair dryer. A First Aid kit is located in the cabinet.
Our loft and entertainment room is upstairs. 4 twin size trundle beds can easily be opened and closed. Lots of board games, and a foosball table will keep the kids entertained indoors.
A half bathroom is conveniently located upstairs off the loft. Toilet paper, wash cloths, and hand soap provided.
Our jacuzzi room, AKA “the chapel” is our favorite place to end our days! The jacuzzi is professionally serviced weekly for your safety. If water level drops (too many adults at one time - water needs to be added to the jacuzzi to avoid errors. Hose is conveniently located in the backyard and water faucet is on the right size of the entry door. Please communicate with us with any questions.
The porch comes with a charcoal grill and when you walk down into the yard, the firepit area is a wonderful place to end your evenings, with plenty seating area around the pit. (Charcoal is not provided).
All our guests are welcome to use our personal 4 kayaks, backyard games, and stand up board. Life jackets are located in thre boat house when needed, as well as some fishing gear. Please return the yard games to a safe location under the house so our next guests can enjoy them as well.
Minimum Age to Book is 25.
Maximum 28 days booking at the time to properly maintain our property and equipment on property.
Pet Fee $100 max 2 pets. All pets need to be up to date on all their shots, be on flees medication and potty trained.
Service Animals - FREE
ALL Guests need to be listed on booking.
No parties allowed on property and no guests besides the guests listed on booking are permitted on property.
There are 2 outdoor security cameras and entrance ring doorbell on the property. All cameras are located OUTSIDE overlooking the backyard and main road for safety purposes!

Other things to note
Our home is located in a small community, and our neighbors reside here permanently. To respect their privacy no organized parties are allowed on property, and between 10pm and 8am we ask our guests to respect their rest time ~ no loud music or loud noises outside.
No fireworks allowed on property.
We love our puppies as much as we love our kids, if you bring them along, please clean up after them (we provide bags for your convenience), and please make sure barking is kept under control and that there is always a responsible adult with the pets outside.
No illegal drugs allowed on property, no smoking allowed indoors. $500 penalty charge if smoking inside the property.
No glass allowed in the jacuzzi room for your safety.
Please communicate any damage during your stay. If no communication and property is found damaged or destroyed, owners can charge up to $500 to replace damaged items - only cost of damage will be assessed.
Only guests listed on reservation are allowed on our property.

- one roll of paper towels
- one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- dishwashing detergent and dish soap and new sponge
- towels and beach towels
- extra blankets
- a large variety of spices, oil and vinegar

- Hair dryers in each bathroom

- Aluminum foil and ziploc bags
- A large assortment of reading books and family games
- 4 Kayaks, 1 Paddle Board, foosball table, backyard games.
- Maximum 28 days booking in order to allow us to properly maintain our property and have equipment serviced.
