This vintage cabin at Boulder Bluffs sits on the edge of a breathtaking bluff overlooking the Ozark Mountains on the SHARED OBSERVATION DECK
NOTE: The water pressure is very low.

** Please note that the observation deck is shared by both cabins.

Note that the cabin has very limited Wi-Fi.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT
We own a second cabin on the property that we rent out as well. THIS CABIN SITS WITHIN 60 FT. OF THE OTHER CABIN.
YOU WILL SEE THE OTHER GUESTS THAT WILL BE STAYING IN THE ADJACENT CABIN.
The water pressure in the cabin is also very low. SPRING WATER ONLY !!

Enjoy early morning coffee on the shared 12ft x 30ft iron deck built off of the side of mountain, 20ft above ground with spectacular views. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking (and making a great cup of coffee). The bathroom is stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. The comfortable living area has plenty of blankets to create the perfect vibe.

The cabin has 3 beds readily available and often sleeps 5 adults.
There is a sleeping loft.
**Please take note that the sleeping loft does not have any railings in the loft area.

Outside of the cabin, there is plenty of space to park two vehicles.

Enjoy your stay! Please be mindful that this cabin has very limited wifi service

Feel free to enjoy a fire at the fire pit outside and utilize the grill top on the fire pit! The wood is complementary! Bring extra if you plan on using large amounts of wood.

You can find a lighter inside of the kitchen cabinet. Please be cautious with the fire. You can find a fire extinguisher inside of the kitchen as well in case of an emergency.

The water is mountain spring water and is phenomenal for bathing and great for washing things. It will not harm you if ingested but we would not recommend drinking from the tap and encourage that you bring water to drink.

There is a flashlight on the night stand and we encourage you to use it as you are exploring the land of Boulder Bluffs!

When approaching the Cabin, please be cautious as the steps may be slippery if wet!

The cabin is heated and cooled by a heating/cooling unit on the floor.

The propane furnace is not functioning and the cabin stays comfortable without it.

You have full access to the kitchen and the items inside of it. We want you to feel at home!

Meet Joe and Argelia Swaffar We are outdoor living people who spend as much time in the Ozark mountains as we can! My favorite spot in the entire world is on the edge of the iron observation deck with a couple of cups of hot coffee in hand. Often times you can find us exploring the Ozark mountains in search of new trails and waterfalls that are nearby the cabins.
