Our beautifully appointed 5-bedroom rental is the perfect choice for families, groups, or friends seeking a comfortable and convenient stay near the heart of Boston. With 2,000 square feet of living space, a private backyard, and free parking, this home is the perfect home base to explore Boston and have a comfortable place to gather together at the end of the day.
The space

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee in the brand new sunroom or in the living room with plenty of seating including a queen sofa bed and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and ample space to cook, with meals enjoyed around the elegant 8+ seat dining table, highlighted by a decorative fireplace.
Step outside into the backyard with large patio with twinkling string lights, dining table for 10+, gas grill, seating and outdoor games, including corn hole and bocce ball!
The Space:
First Floor:
- Recently renovated sunroom
- Living room with queen pull-out sofa, love seat, and smart TV
- Dining room with seating for 8+ and decorative fireplace
- Large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and two spacious pantries
- Full bathroom with rain shower
- Laundry in basement (washer/dryer)
The first three bedrooms are on the second floor - you can use the main staircase with exquisite wood detail or the “secret” second stairs in the back of the house (kids love it!).
Second Floor:
- Three queen bedrooms, each with a dresser, ample closet space and mini-split for individual temperature control
- One queen bedroom also has a queen floor mattress for flex sleeping space
- Full bathroom with tub and custom tile
Third Floor:
- Two queen bedrooms, each with a dresser, ample closet space and mini-split for personalized comfort
Outside Space:
-Large, partially fenced backyard with two patios and yard games (corn hole and bocce ball)
-Gas grill
-Dining table with seating for 10+

You will have full access to the home with the exception of two storage closets.
Other things to note
Our driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars and there is additional free street parking.
We are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs max). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.
We are a 10-15 minute drive to the heart of Boston (depending on traffic, of course)
If you don't feel like going into the city, there are a lot of options in Medford and Somerville that we can share with you!
-There is an amazing park and playground a 3 minute walk from our home
-The best Italian cafe and several restaurants are all within minutes
-Station Landing is a 10 minute walk
-Assembly Row is just over a mile with shopping, entertainment, and restaurant options!
Public transportation:
There is a bus a 1 minute walk from our home that comes every hour and takes you to Wellington station. We are 4 stops from North Station (TD Garden, the North End, etc.).
We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
