Centennial property built in araucaria wood ideal for entertaining friends or family. Details of a house that tells stories of Italian colonization in the region and is set in lush landscape, stream, animals and vineyard. Kitchen with wood stove, outdoor barbecue, attic accessed by stairs with TV room and room with single beds ideal for children, Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, outdoor parking, fully equipped. Sleeps up to 8 people.

The space
The house is located on the 5-hectare Borgo 28 property, we have a vineyard, lake, unparalleled mountain views and several animals on the property.

The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed), 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen.

In the attic, accessed by stairs, we have a large TV room and an area with 4 single beds.

The kitchen has a wood stove in addition to an induction cooktop with 2 burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, an air fryer and other kitchen utensils. We offer 300-thread-count bed linens, bath linens and other amenities, and a hairdryer.

The heating and cooling system is made by air-conditioning in all rooms, except the kitchen and bathroom.

Our water is from an artesian well, and it is possible to drink directly from the tap.

Our ranch is located on line 28, a place surrounded by nature, excellent for resting. We are 1.2 km from downtown Gramado. Access is via Canela on the Estrada Professora Elvira Apolo Benetti or on the scenic road from downtown Gramado called Nossa Senhora do Carmo.
