The stay was very good, the chalet is very cozy and the fact that the air conditioning has the option to warm up was great ! If we return to the region for sure we will stay again.

I'm biased to review Borgo 28. The delivery is always greater than promised. Everything is of high quality, living with nature and tranquility. A great option for those who want to experience another Gramado and at the same time be close to the center.

Wonderful place to go with children and pets, clean house, cozy and well litter for the animals to circulate around the courtyard. Exactly as in the pictures. It's worth staying. Attentive and helpful hosts. We will definitely be back!Thanks for the stay.😘❤️

We were received very well! The location is a little away, but very calm oque was very apene. They have an orange cat that's a love! We love the location and stay. It will definitely be in my recommendations. The host always responded very quickly and gave tips from nearby markets and restaurants. It made it much easier! Thanks for accommodating us☺️

The property is super quiet, great for those looking for a rest away from the rush of the city. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, perfect for relaxing. In the back, there is a stream that makes the atmosphere even more beautiful and calm. The only thing to note is that a part of the access road is floor beaten, which takes about 4 minutes, but nothing that gets in the way. In addition, Hosts are super helpful and are always on hand to help. Overall, it's a great place for those looking for peace and contact with nature.

Ana Maria's space is exactly as shown in the photos. Location with good quality furniture, kitchen with all the appliances you need, impeccable bathroom, good quality bedding, perfect hygiene and even left towels and cloths to dry more dishes if we needed to. Comfortable beds, good TV and air-conditioning working well, the fan is great. Easy to park and very safe, we were at ease. From booking to hosting, Ana Maria was receptive, kind and helpful. She gave accurate information about important points and waited for us with gingerbread and cold mineral water, a treat. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is great, very comfortable and spacious. Salete and her husband helped us with everything we needed, city tips, utensils and so on. I highly recommend it.

The loft is in a neighborhood/condo, we feel safe, just minutes from downtown. It was exactly like in the pictures, the place was super clean and organized. It has fireplace and air-conditioning, it was not cold, it was super comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need. All furniture, utensils in great shape. And for us the most important thing is the petfriendly. We managed to bring our 2 large pets (2 Goldens), were very well accommodated and indicated. Fabiano was requested whenever I needed, responds quickly and is flexible. For us it was excellent. Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment was one of the best we've ever had. From the first moment, the service was excellent, Luis welcomed us with great kindness and was always available for whatever we needed. Lorena was always attentive to every detail, and that made our experience really comfortable and pleasant. Everything was spotless and well equipped. Wonderful house! We felt at home. Mateus and Tainá were great hosts and were at your disposal. They quickly answered our questions, making us even more peaceful and safe to take advantage of the spaces. We intend to return more often.

All perfect, host gives clear instructions on how to get to the cabin, any car can, it's pretty quiet. 5km away are a few restaurants and the center of the city. Cabana has everything you need for a short stay, excellent bathtub and wonderful view.

Great! Exactly as in the pictures, all very clean. I went to spend a holiday with my boyfriend and our small puppy, and for us 3 was perfect. The accommodation has everything you need, the shower is hot, the bed is good, and it is a quiet place and very close to the center. Hosts make us comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Accommodations as advertised, clean, organized, complete and quiet space, great to relax, we had a problem with the shower and the whirlpool due to the gas but Luã solved it quickly. I recommend the accommodation!

Very clean chalet with all utensils sanitized and individually packed (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, etc.). Medium-sized dog accept. Hosts were helpful in assisting us and gave tips from nearby restaurants and markets. Very nice stay and we recommend.
