The space
🚗 We recommend coming by car, as distances to the main road, supermarket, and other services are too long to walk comfortably.
This tiny house is located about 7 blocks from the beach and 25 minutes by car from Punta del Este.
We’re passionate about design, and that’s reflected in every corner of the Bondi—built with love, care, and dedication. It’s a project we continue to improve day by day, and we’re happy to share it with you.

🔥 Firewood for the hot tub and the stove:
For each stay, we provide enough firewood to heat the hot tub in spring/summer, or the wood-burning stove in autumn/winter.
🌿 The forest and its “little visitors”:
We’re surrounded by nature, so it’s common to spot wild animals such as guans, armadillos, hares, partridges, or guazuvirás (small deer).
You may also come across insects like beetles, small cockroaches, or spiders. We do our best to keep them away, but being right next to the forest, it’s inevitable. For your comfort, we provide repellent, mosquito coils, and an electric anti-mosquito device.
🏖 Closest beach:
The beach is just a 10-minute walk away and is peaceful and beautiful.
Please note that it has no lifeguard service. If you're looking for a supervised beach, there is one farther down in Ocean Park (only during summer).

Just half a block from the Bondi, there’s a tree-filled park with playgrounds and outdoor fitness equipment.
Every Saturday, there’s a small organic market held there, with live music and local performances.
There’s a supermarket at the entrance of the neighborhood, and just 10 minutes away by car in Solanas, you’ll find a gas station (ANCAP) and a Tienda Inglesa supermarket.
There’s also a small but quality selection of local food spots that deliver. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!
