The space
Tucked inside the charming and exclusive Orchard Villas complex in Calangute, Bollywood Villa is a vibrant and nostalgic escape inspired by the magic of Hindi cinema. Reminiscent of Goa’s colorful Latin Quarter, this unique home blends the charm of old-world architecture with the flair of Bollywood and the comforts of modern living.
Step into a space that celebrates the golden era of Indian films — from iconic movie posters lining the walls to handpicked décor pieces that transport you into scenes from the past. The living room is designed for comfort and character, offering a cozy space to relax with plush seating, air conditioning in all rooms, and access to on-demand streaming services so you can unwind with your favorite classics or latest hits.
Mornings here start with a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool just 15 steps from your door (open until 7 PM, please note there's no lifeguard), followed by a hot breakfast available at nominal rates as per the fixed weekly menu and ingredient availability. Whether you choose to enjoy your meal indoors or at the garden-side dining area, the villa offers multiple cozy nooks to sit back and soak in the holiday mood.
The heart of the home lies in its quirky yet charming patio, featuring a unique TATA truck façade bar – perfect for evening drinks, laughter, and long conversations. Adjacent to it is an outdoor dining table, ideal for al fresco meals under the Goan sky.
The ground floor of the villa comprises a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining space that flows seamlessly into the garden and patio. On the upper level, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms with four beds in total. For larger groups, two foldable rollaway beds (6-inch mattresses) are available, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The base pricing includes up to 6 guests, with additional charges applicable for the 7th and 8th person, inclusive of rollaway beds with bedsheets and light duvets.
Bollywood Villa is pet-friendly too! We understand that pets are family, and they're welcome here with prior notice. A mandatory cleaning fee of ₹1,000 applies for pet stays, and we kindly request pet parents to follow house rules — especially regarding furniture care and supervision. Please include pet details (breed, age, and size) when sending your booking request.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private backyard/patio and a reserved parking spot right next to the villa.
You’ll also have access to the shared swimming pool from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please wear appropriate swimwear, as cotton clothing can be damaged in the pool.
Our caretaker enters only via the kitchen’s back door in the morning, with access limited to the kitchen and dining area. A locked door in the foyer ensures privacy for the living room and bedrooms. Cleaning and bed-making will be done only with your permission.

Single only boys, only men, only women group will not be entertained. Mixed groups are welcome. Please request before booking.
Defense personnel and families get an on-the-house welcome Goan thali lunch as a token of our appreciation. Valid ID required.
Goa is small town & at times there are unplanned power cuts that last for a few minutes to an hour or two. We have a double battery backup inverter for your convenience that supports lights and fans in every room and can work for 4 hours. Please be careful to not leave the lights & fans on when going out as it will drain the batteries and cause inconveniences later.
If you are celebrating a special occasion & if you wish for us to arrange decoration, small party, cake, champagne and so on, do let us know in advance and we will be glad to help you acheive it. We have hosted guests for Bachelorettes, Wedding anniversaries, Birthdays and other special occasions.
We have unsubscribed from the Tata Sky DTH and have instead installed Amazon fire stick with prime videos and YouTube. It also has Netflix but you need to login with your own personal account.
Please keep the place clean, my caretakers are there to help you keep it clean.
