This gorgeous historic home, over a century old, is brimming with timeless charm. It features original hardwood floors, wavy glass windows, detailed wood accents, and a classic clawfoot bathtub. Ascend to the airy, treehouse-like upstairs bedroom, where 360-degree windows and vibrant stained glass provide a breathtaking view. The adjoining half bath showcases intricate tilework and more stained glass, creating a cohesive, artful space. Every detail in this apartment is truly one of a kind, designed specifically for your comfort and enjoyment. Pets are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee.

This unit includes covered parking and a shared yard, which you’ll share with one other unit and the office space. Please note this is a duplex, so you may hear guests next door on occasion.
