Away from the tourist streams, for those who are looking for relaxation and tranquility: We have already seen deer in the meadow in front of the house at breakfast. After a day at the beach on the terrace or turn on the oven in winter...
The nature reserve starts at the back of the house, in front of it, the fox and rabbit say good night. Swimming, fishing, windsurfing, cycling, horse riding, SUP and canoe are all a 5-minute bike ride away, as are the ferry to Hiddensee and restaurants in Schaprode.

The space
2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed (160x200) and 3 beds (90x200) can accommodate larger families. There is a freshly renovated bathroom with bathtub in the basement and an upstairs toilet. The kitchen is also newly furnished, with ceramic hob, microwave/oven combination, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The living area has a cast iron oven and a terrace door on the adjoining meadow (we could already watch deer at breakfast!)
Upstairs there is a workspace with screen (HDMI). WIFI with about 20 Mbit is available.
There is a covered porch and terrace for sitting outside. The garden has a toy boat with sandpit, a swing and pallet furniture with upholstery.
From March 2026, the parking lot will have an 11 kW wallbox.

Other things to note
We charge extra for electricity consumption. Upon arrival, you will send us a picture of the electric meter and again on departure. Since we source green electricity from EWS Schönau, we charge 40ct per kilowatt hour started.
Ideally, guests will bring their own bed linen+towels. Laundry packages can be booked for 20 EUR per person.
