Away from the crowds of tourists, for those who seek relaxation and tranquility: We have already observed deer in the meadow in front of the house at breakfast. After a day at the beach, relax on the terrace or turn on the stove in winter...
The nature reserve begins behind the house, in front of which the fox and rabbit say good night. Swimming, fishing, windsurfing, cycling, horseback riding, SUP and canoeing are all within a 5-minute bike ride, as well as the ferry to Hiddensee and restaurants in Schaprode.

The space
2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed (160x200) and 3 beds (90x200), can accommodate larger families. There is a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub in the basement and a toilet on the upper floor. The kitchen is also newly furnished, with a ceramic hob, microwave/oven combination, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The living area has a cast iron stove and a patio door to the adjoining meadow (we could already watch deer at breakfast!)
Upstairs there is a workstation with screen (HDMI). Wi-Fi with about 20 Mbit is available.
There is a covered porch and terrace for sitting outside. The garden has a toy boat with sandbox, a swing and pallet furniture with upholstery.
From March 2026, the parking lot will have an 11 kW wallbox.

Other things to note
We charge extra for electricity consumption. Upon arrival, you send us a picture of the electric meter and again upon departure. Since we purchase green electricity from EWS Schönau, we charge 40 cents per kilowatt hour or part thereof.
Ideally, guests bring their own linens + towels. Laundry packages can be booked for 20 euros per person.
