Other things to note
Bluhaus is located in a multi-family building. Due to the proximity to other condos, Bluhaus guests need to always be mindful of the neighbors at all times. The following rules are strictly enforced:

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, counting all adults, children, and infants.
• Primary guest (booker) must be present - no 3rd party bookings accepted.
• No unapproved visitors, no gatherings, no parties.
• No pets.
• No smoking or vaping in the building, inside the condo or on the balconies.
• Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM.
• Park in the designated underground garage parking spots only.

Check-in information will be sent on the day of your arrival via the Airbnb message system. Check-in information will not be released until the primary guests have provided their photo ID via the Airbnb app.

Bluhaus is located in the quiet Crown Point neighborhood of Pacific Beach, San Diego. Sail Bay Beach is just steps away. There you can walk, run, ride, paddle or play volleyball. Restaurants, a convenience store and bicycle/kayak rental are in walking distance. Garnet Ave with a large selection of shops and restaurants is only a few blocks away. Trader Joe’s, Sprouts and Vons Supermarkets are also on Garnet Ave.
