**BLUE LAKE SPRINGS COMMUNITY IS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES!
Most amenities are open May-Sept and the Rec Center at Snowflake Lodge is open Memorial Day to Labor Day (guest fees apply).
You will have access to:

- Restaurant Fri/Sat nights
To use the facilities you must bring the guest card (available starting Memorial Day) and pay the fees at the counter when you go in.
The fee to use the facilities at BLUE LAKE SPRINGS is:
- $100 per 6 people per day or $300 per week.
- Another option is $20 per individual person per day.
FLY-IN LAKE- *If you pay the BLS fees they entitle you to use Fly-In lake as well. If you want to use FLY-IN LAKE ONLY the fee is:
- $30 per 6 people per day or $210 for the week
- Another option is $5 per person per day
Guest access
Bluebird Ridge guests have access to the entire 2800 sq ft house (not including the garage and two closets) through a keyless entry system.
Other things to note
**Primary renter minimum age is 25 in order to rent the cabin**
**Maximum occupancy of 12 persons. On occasion we will make exceptions for additional guests with pre-authorization at an additional cost of $20/guest per night.
~ No parties in any shape or form. Neighbors are VERY strict on this.
~ Quiet hours from 9am - 10pm according to HOA neighborhood rules.
~ No loud music to be played outside at any time.
~ Maximum of one dog. Please message us for exceptions. Pet fee of $150 applies.
~The cabin is a smoke-free/vape free property
~ Strictly NO wood burning fires allowed
~ One flight of stairs is required for entrance into the cabin (see photos).
~ Parking Notes: There is parking up to 6 vehicles in the drive-way + under the car port. There is no access to the garage for parking.
~ Sheets and towels are included.
~ AT&T cell phone reception is poor in this area, although Verizon does have service.
~ If you are arriving in winter, please remember to carry tire chains (even if you have 4WD) and be prepared to put them on if weather conditions require.
~ Drive-way has a moderate incline (see photos).
