• The cabin sits on a flat, wooded mountain lot with a slightly inclined driveway and scenic, winding roads, easy to access, but drive with care.

• While we have professional pest control, you are in a natural mountain setting, so you may occasionally see wildlife, insects, or spiders.

• Sliding door blinds: For easiest use, ensure all slats are aligned in the same direction (not overlapping). Twist the rod to separate, then gently slide open.

• Window blinds: Open/close by twisting the rod. To raise, gently lift from the bottom; to lower, pull down. (No pull strings.)

• Travel insurance recommended: We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. This can reimburse up to 100% of non-refundable costs for covered events such as illness, weather disruptions, or emergencies.

Neighborhood highlights

Very private, quiet, peaceful neighborhood so please no loud music outside/parties/events. Best spot to see all the stars at night. From the front deck you’ll see a Great North Mountain view through the trees in the distance and from the back deck you will see a glimpse of Lake Laura during the colder months when the leaves have started to fall.
