Stunning holiday home in the centre of the popular estuary town of Topsham - ideally located between the Cathedral City of Exeter and the Jurassic coast town of Exmouth, with its golden beach.

The property sleeps up to 4 people, has an enclosed rear garden with table, chairs, BBQ and chiminea.

Weekly stays qualify for a free parking permit (1 car) if requested at least a week in advance.

The space
The whole house is available for our guests to enjoy...

- Bedroom 1 has a standard double bed
- Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can also be configured as a super king (with advance notice)
- Upstairs bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin
- Lounge-diner with two sofas, Virgin TV, dining table and 4 chairs
- Full equipped kitchen (note freezer is a small unit contained within the fridge)
- Downstairs WC
- Outside there is a store with a washing machine and a spacious garden with table and chairs for 6, large parasol, patio and grassed area.

If you have a preference for bed formations please let us know when booking and no later than 48 hours before check-in.

Well-behaved dogs allowed. Not to be left unattended.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. The only areas unavailable for use is access to the rear gate and shed.

Other things to note
As the house is ideally centrally located on the High Street there can be some noise as you would expect. The house was build in the 1800's and so there is some limited head-height on the stairs.

The stairs are quite steep and there is a walk-in glass shower. We mention this so our guests with younger children are aware and also any older guests with mobility problems.
