The space

This two-story, modern home is situated at the base of the foothills in the Riverhaven Community. The neighborhood sits adjacent to the Rillito River Bed and The Loop path for biking, running, and walking.
The open first floor makes the living room and kitchen a common gathering space, plus one guest bedroom and bath. At the top of the staircase is the laundry room and open loft/office area, which features a desk, high-speed internet, and an all-in-one printer for comfortable remote working.
The open loft area also includes a queen-size leather sleeper sofa, that guests can request to use. The first guest room on the second floor is furnished with two twin beds, the second guest room with a queen, and the primary bedroom with a king.
There are three brand-new, large flat-panel televisions with Apple TV boxes (Netflix provided) in the living room, loft/office, and master bedroom.
The back patio has a dining table, gliders, extra chairs, a fire pit, and a barbecue grill. Soak in stunning sunsets, Santa Catalina mountain views, and beautiful evenings while sitting around the fire pit or grilling dinner!
Four beach cruiser bikes and helmets are provided (by request) and can be used for rides along The Loop path to access nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions. If requested, the bikes will be locked with a cable on the back patio. Please keep them locked when not used.
The house also features a long driveway, accommodating up to four cars, and street parking is also allowed in this family-friendly neighborhood.

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.
MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps ten people total, which includes the total count of adults and children. So, if you need the extra space, you’re better off finding a bigger house that fits more people. $100 per person fine for each guest over the max of 10.
ACCESSIBILITY: This house has a tall flight of stairs. If anyone in your group is unstable, you might consider a different property. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the rest are upstairs.
PARENTS: Please note this house has A LOT of stairs. No gates or child safety hardware are installed. Please consider this when booking.
OFFICE BED SETUP: We offer the option to convert the loft/office room into a 6th bed using the queen-sized sofa sleeper. Please request in advance so the sleeper can be outfitted with sheets and pillows.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: It is wood burning, and we supply kindling wood, a fire starter, and a lighter. You can enjoy the first few logs on us; more can be bought at the nearby grocery or convenience store.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a residential neighborhood, so please reduce all outside noise after 9:00 p.m.
MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge. We can schedule a time when you’ll be out adventuring.
