This private, 2-story residence sits right on Franconia's charming Main Street. Kick back in the Adirondack chairs on your welcoming front porch to watch the sunset and listen to the gurgling Gale River just across the road.

Enjoy private front and rear entrances leading to a space outfitted for relaxation. We pride ourselves on quality furniture, highly-rated mattresses, and everything you need to feel right at home.

* THE KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, plus a stocked coffee station ready for early morning adventures or all day reading marathons. A seasonal propane BBQ (May-Sept) is available for cookouts.

* LIVING ESSENTIALS: Full-size stacked washer/dryer, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and an iron.

* CLIMATE CONTROL: Individual thermostats in every room for personalized winter heat, plus window AC units to keep you cool in the summer.

REST & RECHARGE

* BEDROOM 1: King-sized bed with plush pillows and cotton linens, smart TV, dedicated workspace (desk), and luggage space in a walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 2: Spacious and bright with two comfortable Queen-sized beds, a TV, and ample closet space.

THE BATHROOM: A large, spotlessly clean space featuring a shower/tub combo with excellent water pressure and temperatures. Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of soft, thirsty towels.

THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS
* FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY: Child's booster dining seat and splat mat; pet bowls, towels, and waste bags for your furry friends.

*GEAR HELP: Dedicated ski/boot storage in the winter; portable "camping" chairs for Echo Lake in the summer. Shovel and snow-removal supplies too!

* PARKING: Two designated, plowed, off-street parking spaces right out front.

*THE YARD: Meticulously maintained grass, you can enjoy both front and backyard time with our frisbees or your toys.

NOTE: Big Red is a triplex. Quiet, permanent residents (and maintenance manager) live on either side, ensuring a peaceful and worry-free stay.
