The space
This property includes the following amenities:

We use Emma mattresses and Doyle & Furnham beddings in all rooms to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and restful sleep.

Each room has its own private toilet and bath. We provide bath essentials including body soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, beach towels, and bathrobes. Only Room 3 has a bathtub.

The house is ideal for 6 guests, but we can accommodate up to 11 guests with extra bedding.
Additional guests beyond 6 are charged ₱1,500 per person per night.

Every morning, we serve fresh pandesal and fruits for our guests.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood, please respect quiet hours. Beach is just 4 minutes walk away from this house, feel free to use our beach towels. House slippers are also provided, so please no outside shoes/slippers.

PET POLICY
*Additional charge of 1000/pet.
*Pet/s must be declared by the guest upon booking / prior to check in.
Guests with pet are only allowed in Room 1 and the living area. Pets are not permitted in other rooms.
*We will only be allowing pets that are house-trained and/or potty-trained.
*We kindly ask for guests to have their pets wear diaper at all times, and to be responsible in feeding their pets inside the premises.
*Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.
*The security deposit (for guests with pets) of 5000php will cover any damages incurred which may include but not limited to: stained beddings, rugs and/or linen, scratches and nibs on furniture, floors and plants, extra cleaning that may be required and the effects of the following on the operations of the airbnb.
Security deposit will be returned after the inspection that no damages were found and no extra cleaning is necessary within the premises.
