Gourmet kitchen, large eating space, double sectional couches with 85” TV, sleeps 17 people (5 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 sleeper sofa), 3.5 baths, a tailgate space and 2 parking spots! Check it out!! Prime Ann Arbor location on the corner of Main Street at Pauline, 500 ft. from Big House, walkable to Crisler, downtown & campus! *Graduation 2026 weekend includes full front & back yard; both driveways

1 mile or 17 minute walk to the Michigan Union. Walk to downtown in 14 minutes. University of Michigan and AATA City buses steps from your door.

Other things to note
The house is across the street from Michigan Stadium. During football season, there are tailgates throughout the yard; owners tailgate on the side patio. House renters occupy the lower level duplex of Big Blue Backside; owners occupy the upper duplex level/ front side of Big Blue AA. (Levels completely separated and locked off from each other.)
