This 6 bedroom 1.5 Bathroom North Bethlehem home boasts modern updates throughout the newly renovated interior. Open concept first floor featuring hardwood flooring, leather sofas, 1/2 bath and a formal dining room. The kitchen has a large center island, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. Outside you’ll enjoy a paver patio canopied by a large pergola. The home will be decked out for Christmas during the holiday season. AC is provided mid-June to Sept. No Pets.

The space
Sleeping accommodations are spread across the upper two floors. The second floor includes three bedrooms, featuring two queen beds and one full bed, along with a modern full bathroom and a laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer. The third floor features three additional bedrooms, including two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds. Please note that one of the third-floor queen bedrooms is accessed by walking through the bunk bedroom. Air conditioning is provided from mid-June through September. The home also includes wireless phone chargers throughout, Alexa, and a Bose Bluetooth speaker, along with board games, books, and a guitar for guest enjoyment.

You will have access to the main level, full bath room, laundry room, exterior, and 6 bedrooms.

Other things to note
The home is fully decorated for Christmas in December and often into January, with holiday décor sometimes appearing as early as November. No pets are permitted in the home. No Electric Vehicle charging is permitted. Propane for the grill is not provided.

This location is ideal, wide street, plenty of parking, and residential. There is a great breakfast spot and several lunch spots, 2 bars, pizzeria, and sandwich shop within a close walking distance. The home is located near a Wawa, dunkin, and gas stations. It’s very close to downtown Bethlehem (walkable if you're ambitious), the Historic District, Moravian College and Lehigh University, as well as Lehigh Valley and Saint Luke’s Hospital’s.
