If you've ever been to Breckenridge before, you KNOW this is the BEST LOCATION IN TOWN!! You're steps from LITERALLY everything Breck has to offer. Restaurants, bars, shops and of course, SNOW! Walk to the Peak 8 Gondola and ski back to a point just across the street from this building. Have a meal in the onsite restaurant, relax in the hot tub in between a long day of adventure and your nightcap in the on-location bar! Need equipment? Worry not! There is a rental shop on the first floor!

The space
This corner unit condo is perfect for a couple or a group of up to 4. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and the wood-burning fireplace offers a warm glow that is a perfect complement to a glass of wine. There is a Tempurpedic bed in the bedroom that is ultra-comfy. There is also a washer & dryer IN the unit!
