This is the BEST LOCATION IN TOWN!! You're steps from LITERALLY everything Breck has to offer. Restaurants, bars, shops and of course, SNOW! Walk to the Peak 8 Gondola and ski back to a point just across the street from this building. Have a meal in the onsite restaurant, relax in the hot tub in between a long day of adventure and your nightcap in the on-location bar! There is a rental shop on the first floor!
NOTE* only one parking permit is available per the HOA

This corner unit condo is perfect for a couple or a group of up to 4. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and the wood-burning fireplace offers a warm glow that is a perfect complement to a glass of wine. There is a Tempurpedic bed in the bedroom that is ultra-comfy. There is also a washer & dryer IN the unit!
