Other things to note
The studio is located on the 1st floor of a building situated on one of Bucharest’s main boulevards. The building has two elevators (maximum 3 persons each).
Being located right in the heart of the city, some city noise may occasionally be heard, so light sleepers might consider bringing earplugs.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a 100 EUR cleaning fee. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the balcony.
Please note that almost all buildings in central Bucharest, including this one, were built several decades ago and may appear in older seismic risk classifications used by local authorities. This is common for historic buildings in the city center. The building is regularly inhabited and maintained, and thousands of residents and visitors live or stay in similar buildings in this area every day. We mention this for transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
Looking forward to hosting you!
