Just minutes away from the slopes, the stunning Berg Haus is perched less than a mile from town with unparalleled views of the ski resort from every room. The retreat has been fully refurnished in euro mountain-modern style, functional and unforgettable, and features a brand new SAUNA and SALT WATER HOT-TUB, comfy memory foam beds, smart TVs, large fire pit and gas fireplace. The deck has amazing views and fenced yard. There is plenty of parking in the 2-car garage and large driveway.

The space
Berg Haus is perched at over 10,000 feet with unparalleled views of the ski slopes. It is the perfect home for a ski-getaway and features a spacious kitchen, two living spaces and four bedrooms. The home sleeps 6.
The large outdoor decking features a brand new sauna and salt water hot tub with views of the ski resort, a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating.
The setting is very quiet and secluded yet it is just minutes from skiing, shopping and dining. The back of the property is adjacent to the forest with hundreds of trails reachable from the back door.

The living rooms are impeccably furnished with high-quality modern sectionals, perfect for gatherings or quietly enjoying the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The large deck wraps around the home, making the outdoor space livable and unique. The views from the deck and the brand new salt water hot tub are the best in town. The new outdoor Norwegian sauna is chic and private.
The bedrooms arrangement is as follows:
King bedroom: upper level
Queen bedroom: main level
Queen bedroom: lower level
Bunk bedroom: lower level.
The living room, kitchen and queen bedroom with en-suite half bath are located on the primary level. The primary bedroom with en-suite bath with shower and tub are located on the upper level. The second living space with gas fireplace, full bath with shower, kitchenette, queen bedroom and twin bedroom are located on the lower level.

The home is located in a great, quiet neighborhood with endless trails and outdoor access. The property is conveniently located less than one mile away from the gondola to the ski slopes, shopping, and dining.
