Escape the busy life and make a run for the river at this peaceful home, Bellview, on Indian Creek. Nestled in the Indian Creek Yacht & Country Club neighborhood, this newly renovated 2-bedroom house with bunk nook is on a quiet cul-la-sac with only 2 other homes and adjacent to the 16th hole. It is only minutes from downtown Kilmarnock for local shops, eateries, Ditchley Manor & Ciderworks, local wineries, and much more. Come enjoy our home with for a getaway with family, friends, or framily.

The space
Enter into a large living room with an oversized sectional to cuddle up on. The kitchen has plenty of room to prepare a meal and entertain while guests hang out. The dining room has seating for six and an exquisite view of the water. Both Tv's have smart apps so you can login and watch your favorite shows. One of the full baths has a tub and the other has a walk-in tiled shower. Fall fast asleep on one of the two queen beds, bunk beds or single pull out. Outside we have two decks to relax on. Enjoy the half acre with hammock and boat dock.
