Luxurious 4 bedroom property situated in the the idillic village St Mabyn, in North Cornwall, fantastic for families, or small groups that enjoy entertaining. The house has been recently refurbished with a blend of Scandi style / modern day luxury. It comprises of 3 downstairs double bedrooms. Special amenities include; GHD hairdryer, GHD hair straighteners, WIFI, private parking, TV, HOT TUB, (Sauna, cold Bath can be booked but is extra). There is also a 1 bed annexe with an en-suite

The location of BellPitHouse couldn’t be better. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the stunning coastline of North Cornwall spitting the estuary, meaning that the ever popular Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac are all within a 20minute drive. 30 second walk there is a traditional Cornish pub, a church, post office and a cute village shop next door. At the village shop you will find local produce including fresh breads, pastries and all things Cornish.
