Walk from the front door and have your feet in the sand in under 2 minutes. The location is great! The Unit has an updated kitchen, open dining/living room and half bath on the first floor. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a small balcony off the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs with their own private full bath.

The space
This is a Florida Beach condo. Only half a block from the Gulf of Mexico. It is across the street from the beach with very easy access to a crosswalk. This is where the locals live.
The location is amazing with only a 2 minute walk to the public beach access with showers and toilets.
Condo has a cute updated kitchen. Spacious living room has a a king bed in the master and 2 full beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a private full bath with a half bath downstairs.
The cost of renting here per night is less then half of what it would cost at the closest hotel for just a room, and you're getting a 2 story 1149 sq. ft condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. One reserved parking spot available. There is a security camera located over the front door.

You will have 1 reserved parking space , additional spots are available for guests. You have access to the whole condo.

Other things to note
There is a key pad and lock box on the door - you will receive the code the morning of arrival. The guest booking the condo must be 21 years of age.

This is typical beach living. This condo is an end unit with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Sound. It is not fancy on the outside but very comfortable and it is in a great location. less then 1 mile to the Emerald Coast convention center

We moved to Northwest Florida in the Spring of 2019, and just purchased our vacation rental in May of 2020. We were drawn to the beautiful white sand beaches and everything Florida has to offer. Living in New England for most of our lives we were tired of the snow and cold. Warm weather, water and lots of adventures is what we were after. Our two young children love the beach as much as we do and we are so grateful to have purchased this condo to make memories with them. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
