The space
Cozy and perfect to enjoy as a family. Accommodates up to 20 guests and 4 more at extra cost. It is located just 12 min from Lake Tequesquitengo where you can play water sports. Close to "Jardines de México" where you can see the most beautiful gardens in all of Mexico. You will be able to parachute a short distance away. Restaurant "Los Mezquites" 150 meters from the property. Fully equipped kitchen with tv with Roku; asado area with Argentinian type barbecue for delicious cuts of meat, or if you want to prepare baked pizzas, we have stone oven available for cooking with firewood. The pool is heated, it has a chapoteadero and a deeper area up to 2 meters deep to be able to take advantage of the platform. Full bathroom in the pool part for added comfort. It has a horn to be able to play your favorite music all day long. Dining room for up to 12 people with tv with Roku to watch your favorite shows and a soccer to complement your fun. We have tables and extra chairs. It has a small patio with an area to hang your wet clothes. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a single bunk bed, air conditioning and a full bathroom. At the top, it has 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and two single beds, A/C, full bathroom and tv with Roku; there are 2 more bedrooms, one of them with a double bunk and the other with a single bunk bed, both with air conditioning. Private house. We have a security guard and service staff for common areas and a kitchen assistant (with extra cost). The staff does not clean bedrooms to respect your privacy.

Other things to note
At the entrance of the street there is no pavement but it is constantly maintained so that you can enter and exit the street without any problem. The house has an electrified fence for added security, although the village is quiet and safe.
